The second event of the 2017 Dubbo Ranch Sorting Buck and Bridle series is fast approaching.

The Wazz-A-Cow Buckle and Bridle event will be held from Saturday, May 13 to Sunday, May 14 and organisers say it should be another great day full of fantastic atmosphere.

There will be over 200 runs per day

The first ever Dubbo Ranch Sorting series began in 2016 to spectacular reviews.

Three events were held in last year’s series, but growing popularity ensured that a fourth event could be held in 2017.

Competitors and spectators are expected to come from as far as Sydney, Tamworth, the Hunter Valley and western NSW.

The US Western-style equestrian sport caters for riders of all abilities from beginner to the seasoned and expert horse person. It sees riders race against the clock as they separate cattle into pens.

This is a family friendly event so everyone is welcome to attend. The third event will be held in mid-August and a clinic will be held at the end of year finals in October.
