More power leads to more stalls at local markets

Blayney Farmers' Markets will see an increase in food stalls this Sunday thanks to a huge upgrade of power at the popular Carrington Park.

Blayney Market Manager Danielle Stonestreet said previously they were limits to the number of stalls that could be accepted, but the power upgrade will make a difference to that.

“We are really excited about the diverse range of food on offer this weekend, people will have a hard time deciding what to eat,” she said.

Stalls will include home grown breakfast rolls, Indian, Thai, sushi, and comfort food such as soup and pies. Just what is needed on these cooler autumn mornings.

There will also be live music, with up and coming singer Brooke Hewitt ready to play her guitar and entertain the crowds.

Blayney Farmers Market again will have the ever popular kids table for the little ones run by the students of Blayney High School who will focus on lovely autumn activities.

And don’t forget to stock up on all of your produce, dressings, and drinks and of course dog treats, this Sunday at the Blayney Farmers Market.
