This years 62nd Coonamble Rodeo and Campdraft is expected to bring in thousands of spectators and dollars to the small rural community. Australia’s top riders will converge on the annual event to compete all weekend.

The Coonamble Rodeo and Campdraft  is the biggest combined rodeo and campdraft in the Southern Hemisphere.

Join in on the action this June Long Weekend when the small rural town of Coonamble hosts its annual Coonamble Rodeo and Campdraft.

The event is renowned as the largest combined rodeo and campdraft in the Southern Hemisphere and has been held annually for over 60 years.

There is expected to be thousands of cowboys and cowgirls from across the nation making their way to the town to compete in events such as bull riding, saddle bronc, horse riding and much more.

Run by the dedicated Coonamble Rodeo Association, the rodeo and campdraft brings thousands of dollars worth of money for the local economy.

The event will literally kick off on the Saturday, June 10 and continue through to Monday, June 12.
