Over 2000 people celebrated the October long weekend by dusting off their frocks and ironing out their shirts for one of the racing highlights of the year.
ALSO MAKING NEWS:
Those who attended were kept entertained by a six-race program, music, the annual dash for cash, and a highly-contested Fashions on the Field competition which was dominated by local contestants.
After the races concluded guests danced the night away to live entertainment by band Overkill.
