Slippery when wet: Car ends up in the Lachlan River at Cowra
A MOTORIST has ended up in the Lachlan River at Cowra attempting to cross the town's low level bridge.

Shortly after 9am on Monday the driver of a silver Ford Ranger appears to have lost control of his vehicle which has ended up nose first in the Lachlan River.
No one was injured and police inquiries are continuing.

Motorists using the low level bridge are asked to take caution, especially in wet conditions.
The vehicle is believed to be at least the third to end up in the river over the past 12 months, all incidents occurring in wet weather.
