Mr Saunders took the time to recognise the passion and the work Mr Cleaver is achieving in the rural sector.
"I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate James Cleaver, who hails from Nyngan," he said.
"While Nyngan falls outside the boundaries of the Dubbo electorate, James works in Dubbo and was recently announced as the winner of the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW Rural Achiever program, which is fantastic.

Mr Cleaver, who is currently employed as a rural support worker for the NSW Department of Primary Industries and has a big picture aim of creating a sustainable future for agriculture, opened the Dubbo show over the weekend.
"He did a great job in talking about the main drivers of shows and of Agriculture in regional areas," Mr Saunders said.
"James grew up on his family's farm before moving to Armidale to study economics and law, and he's a true son of rural NSW.
"He's currently employed as the rural support worker for the NSW Department of Primary Industries, which we can all agree is a really vital role particularly during this current drought.
"James has an extremely bright future and I would like to congratulate him on his recent success."
