The Dubbo Stock and Station Agents (DSSA) Spring Fling Charity Ball, will be held on September 28.
It will be the first of its kind hosted by the association in almost a decade to raise funds for the project, which provides affordable accommodation for patients and their families, who are transported to Dubbo for medical treatment.
The facility opened in early 2019 and has supported patients and families from across NSW and further afield.

Local stock and station agents wish to promote the facility through the event and raise funds toward building the second stage of the project.
"We work with a large number of clients from rural and remote areas, many of whom will one day need to utilise this facility," DSSA director Martin Simmons said.
"Through this partnership, we can share information about this facility to the people who will require and utilise its services."
The facility currently has 14 rooms available for guests and, once completed, the second stage of the project will add a further 14 rooms to the facility.
Rod Crowfoot of Macquarie Homestay said the facility has been utilised by patients and their relatives from as far as Cunnamulla, Broken Hill, Goondiwindi and Victoria.
"The proceeds from this event will go toward funding stage two, which will be at least another 14 rooms with self-catering kitchen and some wonderful facilities for all of our regional family members who have to come to Dubbo for medical purposes," he said.
"One of our guests recently stayed here for three months which wouldn't have been affordable had this facility not been available to them.
"We have at least three nights a week where we have a full suite of guests staying with us and awaiting list of people needing accommodation so there is a real demand for more rooms and the\ way for us to fix that is to build some more accommodation."
Accommodation at the facility is subsidised by the Isolated Patients Travel and Accommodation Assistance Scheme (IPTAS).
The DSSA Spring Fling Charity Ball will be held at the Dubbo RSL Club on Saturday September 28, 2019.
