On November, 3, students from Cobar, Collarenebri, Dubbo, Lightning Ridge, Nyngan, Wellington and many towns in between travelled to Sydney as part of the Moorambilla Voices MAXed OUT Company to record at Eugene Goossens Hall for ABC Compass.
Moorambilla Voices was established to offer music skills, social interaction and Indigenous cultural awareness for children of regional and remote communities.

They sung the song 'It's In Our Hands', which premiered at the Dubbo Theatre recently.
Composer Kevin Barker wrote the stunning piece for chamber orchestra, MAXed OUT and professional singers.
The piece was conducted by Moorambilla artistic director Michelle Leonard and it will be showcased in the 2019 ABC Compass Christmas Special on December, 17.
