RDA Orana 2021 Inland Growth Summit: Jack Archer announced as keynote speaker

Jack Archer will be the keynote speaker for RDA Orana's 2021 Inland Growth Summit later this month.

As the former CEO of the Regional Australia Institute and founder of Projects JSA, Mr Archer is passionate about finding solutions that work for regional areas.

RDA Orana Director for Regional Development Megan Dixon said Mr Archer had a wealth of experience in the area of regional initiatives, engagement and strategy-making and would be an asset to the summit around the theme 'more jobs than people'.

"As the driver of the Regional Leaders Legacy Initiative, Mr Archer's knowledge helps leaders create transformational regional projects.

"The focus is on increasing migration, preparing for economic change, growing Australia's small cities and restoring landscapes and communities," Mrs Dixon said.

Mr Archer's background is in water and natural resource management and providing advisory services to agricultural research and industry bodies. He has a Bachelor of Natural Resources Management (Hons 1) and a Diploma in Government.

"With newfound strengths in communications and advocacy complementing his foundational experience in strategy, facilitation and policy analysis, Mr Archer brings a wealth of expertise to this area."

The 2021 Inland Growth Summit will also feature presentations by Assistant Minister for Regional Development, the Hon Nola Marino, Pybar Mining Services business development and services manager Bradley Rouse, RDA Riverina CEO Rachel Whiting and MAAS Group Properties General Manager Steve Guy.
