A man has been charged with murder after a woman's body was found in a Central West home.

Just after 2am on Monday, April 22, emergency services were called a home on Young Street, Forbes, after concerns were raised for the welfare of a woman.
Officers from Central West Police District attended and located the body of a 28-year-old woman inside.
A crime scene was established, and an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the woman's death has commenced under Strike Force Trenchard.
A short time later, a 29-year-old man was arrested at a property in Fifield and was taken to Parkes Police Station.
He was charged with murder (DV), and breaching an AVO.
The man was refused bail to appear at Orange Local Court on Monday.
